How do I use Metabolic Mass™?
So, using Metabolic Mass Hardcore is easy. You want to keep your body anabolic all day. If you train earlier in the day, we recommend taking 2 scoops with your pre-workout meal, two scoops with your post workout meal, and two scoops with your last meal of the day, for a total of 6 scoops (1 serving) daily.
If you train in the evening, you’ll want to consume two scoops with breakfast, two scoops with your pre-workout meal, and two scoops with your post-workout meal, again, for a total of six scoops (one full serving) each day.
Of course, you might not need to use 6 scoops per day. It all depends on your daily calorie needs, and Metabolic Mass™ offers plenty of flexibility with its servings. More on that below.
On the bag it shows that I can use 2 scoops, 3 scoops, or 6 scoops per day. How do I know how many scoops to use?
Six scoops per day is what we recommend for optimal results. However, some days you might not need all six scoops. So here’s how you figure out your ideal number of scoops each day.
First, you need to know how many calories you need each day. If you’re not currently tracking your calories, we highly recommend that you do. It’s the only way to know for sure if you're getting enough calories to grow. You can go old-school and use a simple notebook to log your calories. Or you can use one of the many calorie trackers available in the app store of your choice.
Second, most hardgainers grow best when they multiply their body weight by 20-22. Let’s use Joe as an example. Joe weighs 150lbs. So he’ll multiply his body weight by 20 to start. That equals 3,000 calories per day.
If after 2 weeks Joe doesn’t see any increase in scale weight, he’ll multiply his body weight by 21 and eat 3,150 calories for the next two weeks. Once Joe sees that he’s gaining, he’ll continue to eat the same number of calories until the scale stops moving up. Then he can multiply his NEW body weight by 21 again and continue gaining.
Finally, now that Joe is tracking his calories, he can see how much he’s getting from whole food, and how much he still needs to reach his daily calorie needs. So, Joe will fill in the gap with Metabolic Mass™. If Joe needs 3,150 calories per day to grow, but he’s struggling to eat more than 1,730 calories, then Joe can drink 4 scoops of Metabolic Mass™ throughout the day so he’s getting all the calories he needs to build new muscle. If on other days Joe is super busy and can’t sit down to eat, he can use all 6 scoops. ✝
What can I mix with Metabolic Mass™?
The flavoring to Metabolic Mass™ is out of this world! Seriously tastes fantastic, so it mixes and tastes great in cold water. Or, you can mix it with your favorite milk product for that milky smooth flavoring and the added protein and calories, too. Just be aware that milk has a thicker consistency than water, so using milk will increase the thickness of your shakes. Therefore, you’ll likely need to use more milk than water when trying to reach your desired consistency.
